Your first-week checklist

You don’t need to configure every tool on day one. This checklist gets a useful loop running — track → remind → review — without drowning in options.

Day 1 — Foundation

4. 4Log one dose so Home has real data to show.

Days 2–3 — Structure

2. 2Enable notifications for dose reminders.
3. 3Try the reconstitution calculator once so unit math feels familiar.

Days 4–7 — Confidence

1. 1Log doses from Home or the + button until it feels automatic.
2. 2Open Learn or the AI Companion with one real question you have.
3. 3Glance at half-life or history if you want trend context — optional this week.
