PeptIQ indexes independent peptide testing laboratories (HPLC, endotoxin, heavy metals, sterility, and related panels) seen on community-submitted COAs — not clinical blood-work labs. Labs can claim an existing profile or request a new listing. All applications are reviewed before any public presence.
Brand and testing-lab listings stay unpublished until PeptIQ approves them. Submitting does not guarantee inclusion.
Peptide brands and distributors should use the brand application instead. This form is only for third-party peptide testing labs.

- Public COA / verification portal practices
- Methods commonly offered for peptide certificates
- Sample COA links that can be audited in PeptIQ
Approved labs appear on peptiq.io/labs and can be attached to community-uploaded certificates after moderation.

- Additional documentation may be requested.
- You will be notified of approval, denial, or next steps.
Review timelines may vary depending on submission volume. Nothing goes public until approved.
