Peptides researched for
Shoulder / rotator cuff injury
Getting a sore shoulder back to normal
2 peptides · 1 study
What people research this for
A sore shoulder makes it hard to lift, throw, or even sleep. People with rotator cuff problems look here hoping for a quicker return to normal. There is no good human research on peptides for shoulders yet.
Researched for
- Rotator cuff injuries
- Shoulder pain
- Getting back to lifting
What the studies say so far
When people talk about peptides for shoulders, they usually point to the same animal studies of BPC-157 and TB-500 used for tendon injuries in general. Gym communities often pair the two, but that comes from habit and word of mouth. This collection has no solid controlled trial of any peptide for rotator cuff injuries in people.
Peptides studied
Each peptide below has been studied in this area. The label shows how far that research has gone.
BPC-157
Early lab and animal researchAnimal study · 1 study
Study note. Often combined with TB-500 in community recovery stacks; research is preclinical for rotator cuff contexts.

Study note. Thymosin β4 repair literature is frequently cited alongside BPC-157 for soft-tissue recovery research.
