Peptides researched for
Crohn's disease / IBD
Fewer flares, calmer digestion

What people research this for
Living with Crohn's or colitis means flares, pain, and planning life around your gut. People hope for calmer digestion and fewer flares. Peptides have been studied here mostly in mice and in cells, and none is a treatment for these conditions.
Researched for
- Crohn's disease and colitis
- Gut inflammation
- The gut lining
What the studies say so far
In mouse studies of bowel disease, KPV lowered signs of inflammation. BPC-157 has animal studies on stomach ulcers and gut inflammation, with no established trials in people with these conditions. VIP is a natural signaling molecule with plenty of reviews on how it affects the immune system, but few trials aimed at Crohn's. All of this is early.
