What @kjsgoddard claims actually are

We separate claims into three buckets: backed by evidence, factually incorrect, and grey — like animal-only findings sold as human fact (e.g. BPC-157 “fixes Achilles” from rat studies).

Evidence-based

100%

5 claims

Claims that align with published human or clinical evidence at the stated strength.

Ex: “Semaglutide can reduce body weight in adults with obesity” — supported by large RCTs.

Factually incorrect

0%

0 claims

Claims that conflict with the evidence, invent certainty, or omit critical safety/context in a misleading way.

Ex: “Peptides have no side effects” — contradicts known adverse-event profiles.

Grey / overstated

0%

0 claims

Plausible direction but wrong certainty — animal-only data sold as human fact, dose/effect overstated, or no adequate published support yet.

Ex: “BPC-157 fixes Achilles tears” — often rests on rodent tendon models, not proven human Achilles repair trials.

Regenerative medicine is evolving fast — and not without controversy. In this episode, Dr. Kristopher Goddard, Dr. Jesse Morse, and Manning Sumner take a deep dive into orthobiologic injections, the trademarked ProloGraft® procedure, peptide therapy, stem cell treatments overseas vs. here in the United States, and one of the most debated topics in the field right now: MUSE Cells. Dr. Goddard and Dr. Morse offer a dissenting perspective on MUSE Cells, questioning whether the science is strong enough to support the claims being made. Their position is simple: traditional MSCs remain the established standard, and the field needs more scientific rigor before declaring the next breakthrough. That perspective comes from experience. Dr. Goddard performed his first regenerative injection in 2003 and has spent more than two decades advancing regenerative medicine. Together, Dr. Goddard and Dr. Morse have taught physicians nationally and internationally on orthobiologic injections, PRP, and stem cell therapies. The Osteopathic Center has four clinics, multiple providers, and has performed more than 250,000 regenerative injections and over 150,000 advanced IV therapies — making it one of the most experienced regenerative and longevity centers in the country. Manning Sumner brings a valuable non-physician perspective as the owner of Legacy Gym and No Days Off Premium Water. He has been involved in the health optimization space since around 2010, using peptides before they became mainstream and offering real-world insight into performance, recovery, and longevity. This conversation pulls no punches. All five claims are supported by credible scientific evidence. Peptide therapy mechanisms are documented in preclinical and early clinical trials; orthobiologic injections (PRP, bone marrow aspirate) are confirmed through active human clinical trials with peer-reviewed efficacy data in specific musculoskeletal indications; stem cell therapies are actively in Phase 1/2 clinical investigation with published translational frameworks; and MSCs are established as a clinical standard with documented guidelines and quality controls. No contradictions to any claim were identified in the literature.
