Draelos & Diaz (2023, PMID: 37861918) in a 50-subject human clinical trial documented a peptide-containing serum achieved 40% investigator-assessed improvement in fine lines and 23% improvement in wrinkles after 24 weeks. (2024, PMID: 39496127) showed a retinaldehyde + firming peptides formulation produced 12% visible change in facial fine lines by week 8 (P<0.0001) and 19% improvement in chest fine lines (P<0.0001).
