The evidence search retrieved no relevant literature supporting or directly refuting the core claims about TRT/peptides and progression, risk profiles, or mismanagement harms. One relevant safety trial (Thirumalai et al., 2016) on TRT found no significant adverse events in properly dosed therapy, which contradicts broad claims of significant health damage—suggesting claims about TRT toxicity are overstated relative to available data. Without explicit citations from the creator and with most retrieved trials unrelated to peptide or TRT mechanisms, the claims remain unsupported by the evidence base.

Voeding gaan we optimaliseren, vertering optimaliseren we.

4 claims“TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) or peptides can contribute significantly to progression.”
No relevant clinical trials or PubMed literature were found addressing whether TRT or peptides contribute to disease/athletic/health progression. The trials retrieved (bevacizumab in glioblastoma, RRx-001 in lung cancer, rituximab combinations in lymphoma) are oncology studies unrelated to TRT or peptide progression claims. No conceptually relevant evidence supports or refutes this claim.
“TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) or peptides can cause significant damage to your health.”
One directly relevant human Phase II trial (PMID: 27172434, Thirumalai et al., J Clin Endocrinol Metab 2016) examined safety of TRT in 62 healthy men over 12 weeks and found NO significant adverse events, with intraprostatic DHT remaining stable across physiological testosterone doses — contradicting the premise of significant health damage from properly dosed TRT. The other retrieved trials (hemophilia treatment, PAH therapy, lymphoma maintenance) are unrelated to TRT harm. Evidence does not support the claim of significant damage from TRT at physiological doses.
“The use of peptides can contribute to results with an acceptable risk profile, if one knows what they are doing.”
No relevant clinical trials or PubMed literature were found directly addressing safety or risk profile of peptide use under expert management. Retrieved trials (ARDS treatment, COVID vaccine boosting, transplant immunosuppression) do not examine peptide safety or management. The claim lacks direct scientific support or refutation in the retrieved literature.
“The use of peptides can quickly go wrong if not managed properly.”
Retrieved PubMed abstracts focus on opioid receptor mechanisms (PMID not fully indexed to claim context) and unrelated clinical trials (diabetic retinopathy, rheumatoid arthritis injector use, glucagon cardiovascular effects). No literature directly addresses adverse outcomes from improper peptide use or mismanagement. The claim lacks relevant scientific support in the retrieved evidence.
